This document provides instructions for editing user permissions in HubSpot. Users can be made super admins or have specific permissions customized. The document includes screenshots and instructions for editing permissions for multiple users at once.

If you have "Add and edit users permissions" in your HubSpot account, you can create new users and set their permissions to your liking.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users & Teams.
  3. In the upper right, click Create user.
  4. You can add your users in a few different ways:
  5. Enter the email addresses into the Add email address(es) field. If you are adding multiple users at the same time, separate email addresses with a space. Then click Next.
  6. Start with a default permission set: templated permission sets based on the user’s job. Click Next.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click Done.

<aside> 💡 To make the user a super admin, next to the user's name, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Make Super Admin. In the dialog box, click Save.
