To get started with your HubSpot Administrator certification journey, you'll need access to a HubSpot account. We've made this easy by providing you with access to our Crocodile Marketing HubSpot learning account. Here's how to get started:

1. Accepting Your HubSpot Invitation
- After registering for our free training, you'll receive an email invitation to join our HubSpot account.
- Click the link in the email to accept the invitation.
- You'll be prompted to create a HubSpot user profile. Use your full name and a professional email address.
2. Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To ensure the security of your HubSpot account and your personal information, we require all users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Once you've created your user profile, navigate to your profile settings within HubSpot.
- Look for the "Security" section and click on "Two-Factor Authentication."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enable 2FA. You can choose to receive verification codes via SMS or through an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
- Make sure to save your backup codes in a secure location in case you lose access to your phone or authenticator app.
3. Logging in to HubSpot
Now that you've set up your account and 2FA, you're ready to dive into HubSpot!
- Go to the HubSpot login page: https://app.hubspot.com/login
- Enter your email address and password.
- If you have 2FA enabled, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code.
- Once you've entered the code, you'll be logged in to your HubSpot account.
